**Project Management**: Supervise all on-site construction activities from foundation to completion, ensuring the project aligns with blueprints and specifications.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and direct a crew of construction workers, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce and maintain a safe working environment by conducting regular site inspections, leading safety meetings, and ensuring all personnel adhere to safety regulations and use proper protective equipment.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect work to ensure quality craftsmanship and compliance with building codes and project standards.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction, such as equipment malfunctions, design discrepancies, or scheduling conflicts.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project manager, subcontractors, and the construction crew. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a construction-related role, with prior experience in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety) may be required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
