**The primary responsibility of a kitchen supervisor is to ensure the safety of the food that comes out of the kitchen. This includes monitoring the preparation and cooking process to adhere to health and safety standards. He should also be coordinating all kitchen activities and overseeing the work of the culinary staff.**
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
