**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their performance to parents and guardians.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies and materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and pedagogical techniques to continually improve teaching methods.
- Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Uphold the school's code of conduct and disciplinary policies.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification and relevant teaching experience, preferably at the secondary school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching tools.
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.

**Salary**: ₹10,391.18 - ₹15,449.27 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
