**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the administrative and operational activities of regional offices
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines across all regional offices
- Monitor and analyze regional office performance metrics, identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Oversee the preparation of regular reports on regional office activities and performance
- Work closely with the regional teams to provide guidance and support on administrative matters
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory compliance reports and filings
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers
- Manage and monitor regional office budgets, expenses and financial statements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and government agencies
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment in the regional offices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience in microfinance, NBFC or finance industries
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within the region as required

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
