Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Assistant Supervisor. The Assistant Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and providing support to a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting their goals and targets. The Assistant Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating reports, and ensuring that all processes are efficient.

**Qualifications**:
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in training and coaching employees

Experience in customer service

Organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail

Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
