**Job Brief**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team to help meet our client's staffing needs at their manufacturing plant in Hassan, Karnataka.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with the local workforce to understand their skills, experience, and availability.
- **Coordination**: Arrange interviews and coordinate with the client's HR team for final selection.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment team on the progress of recruitment activities.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Education**:Graduation from any stream
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Basic understanding of Hindi and English is a must.
- **Skills**:Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Hassan area and local communities is an advantage.

**Additional Information**:

- **Location**:This is a full-time position based at Hassan, Karnataka, India.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
