Temporary CNC Machine Operator Trainer

We are seeking an **CNC Machine Operator Trainer** for a temporary assignment to train new and existing staff on the safe and efficient operation of CNC machines. This is a hands-on role suitable for a highly skilled professional who is passionate about knowledge sharing and has a strong background in CNC machining.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions on CNC machine operation
- Instruct trainees on setup, programming, tooling, and machine maintenance
- Ensure trainees understand safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop or adapt training materials and manuals if necessary
- Coordinate with supervisors to assess skill gaps and tailor training accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in training or mentoring operators is a strong plus
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage group training sessions
