**Job Overview**:
We are on the hunt for a skilled Inside Sales Representative who brings a unique blend of engineering acumen and deep expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Digital Marketing. Your primary role will be to fuel our sales engine, merging persuasive communication and robust relationship management with cutting-edge SEO and digital marketing strategies to boost our online footprint and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Digital Marketing Integration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve and surpass sales goals, integrating SEO and digital marketing insights into sales strategies.

**SEO and Online Visibility**:

- Craft and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, enhancing the company’s digital presence and search engine rankings. Perform thorough keyword research, website analytics.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, search engine updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).

**Technical and Client Communication**:

- Keep updated with product developments, translating complex features into benefits for a non-technical audience during sales discussions.
- Establish and nurture lasting client relationships, understanding and responding to evolving needs with a digital-first approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid experience in inside sales, with a preference for backgrounds in digital marketing environments.
- Proven track record in SEO and digital marketing, demonstrating success in enhancing online visibility and engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and SEO analytics platforms.

**Additional Information**:

- Full-time role, based in Nagpur & Pune.
- Attractive salary package, including performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
