As a React Native Developer/Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior developers in the team, ensuring that the codebase is of high quality and meets industry standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team follows best practices, stays up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, and contributes to a positive and collaborative team culture.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a React Native Developer/Lead with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Solid understanding of React Native and its core principles
Experience with Redux, Typescript, and Turbo Native Modules / Native Modules
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and socket.io
Knowledge of unit testing and testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme is important
Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles and best practices
Experience with continuous integration and deployment using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Fastlane
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Implement automated testing and continuous integration and delivery
Work with third-party libraries and APIs
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development
