As part of this journey, Nokia is undergoing a large-scale, global SAP S/4HANA implementation across all business and functional groups. The goal of this implementation is to migrate to a standard SAP S/4HANA ecosystem that is agile, scalable and able to meet Nokia’s current and future needs. In addition, Nokia IT is also improving its internal capabilities to support a Next Generation set of tools and processes.

The Next Generation ERP (NG ERP) program will deliver a harmonized ERP solution for the Nokia business based on an SAP S/4HANA platform. The SAP ngCore ERP FI Master Data Migration Architect will be accountable for managing for planning and delivering all elements of the NG ERP Data Governance, Data Cleansing and Migration related to FI.

As part of our team, you will:

- Determine the FI data migration scope for the project (Master and Transactional data)
- Act as a liaison between IT and the business in order to align on key decision around key data topics like required fields, field length, etc
- Develop the data migration approach and tools and formalize within Data Migration Strategy for the program and align this approach with both the business and IT leads
- Develop data migration quality criteria
- Work with environments and BASIS leads to secure environments and clients to host data for testing purposes
- Work with the business to manage data cleansing and preparation activities
- Manage data migration tests/trial loads to agreed levels of data volume and quality
- Manage data migration during cutover
- Work with the business leads to ensure that data reconciliation is performed
- Set up governance processes
- Manage dependencies
- Identify and manage resources (as required)
- Manage and resolve issues
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- 10+ years of FI related functional lead experience
- Extensive knowledge of FI master and transactional data objects (GL Accounts, Cost Elements, Company code, Tax codes, Bank, Customer and Vendor Master Data)
- Data migration experience within an SAP Environment on at least 2-3 large scale implementations
- Experience leading the FI area on 1 -2 S/4 HANA ERP projects
- Knowledge of SAP data migration approaches and tools
- Knowledge of MDM/MDG is preferred
- Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university
- Understanding of SAP methodologies and processes
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Ability to travel to at a short notice
- Ability to manage a complex and fluid political environment
- Experience of complex, cross-functional, multi supplier projects
- Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders
- Ability to network within the IT and business environment
- International team Management - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate across cultures

It would be nice if you also had:

- MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
- SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
