**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Clinical**
- To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
- To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
- To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical.
- To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment is recorded accurately and at the time the care was delivered
- To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner
- To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate Specialty Care
- Basic Assessments /Vital monitoring - Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, BP, SpO2 Monitoring.
- Hygienic care - Assist to Bathroom/bed bath, Mouth Care, Bed making
- Elimination needs
- Diaper change, Offering bed pan/urinal, Urine bag empty, Care of Urobag.
- Nutrition
- Assist in oral feeding
- Ambulation and Exercises -Position change, Assist in Mobilization & ROM exercises, fall prevention.
- Psychological Support & Diversional therapy.
- Medication Administration - Topical (Ointment).

**LOCATION : ALL OVER INDIA**

**Qualification**:
**Education**:GDA
**Experience**: 0-5 yrs of Patient Assistant Care Activities.
**Other required Skills**:
▪ The ability to work unsupervised
▪ The ability to work as a flexible member of the team
▪ The ability to be motivated and proactive and to respond positively to new challenges
▪ The ability to present a professional image at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
