**Overview**:*

Pattathu Brothers, a leading real estate company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and oversee our digital marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:*
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing strategies and objectives.
- Manage and oversee the process of uploading property listings, maintaining accuracy and consistency across various online platforms, including Magicbricks and 99acres.
- Collaborate closely with the designers to develop creative assets such as banners, visuals, and other promotional materials required for digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a well-organized database of property information, ensuring that all listings are up-to-date and accurately represented across platforms.
- ⁠Create content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to suggest innovative strategies and techniques to enhance the company's online presence.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years and above in digital marketing coordination, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using online property platforms like Magicbricks, 99acres, and other relevant listing platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights.
- Creative thinking ability with an eye for detail in developing marketing materials.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
