The Montessori Coordinator will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Montessori curriculum, ensuring its effective implementation, and supporting both teachers and students. The coordinator will provide mentorship to the Montessori teaching staff and ensure a holistic learning environment that supports the intellectual, emotional, and physical development of children in the Montessori program.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Montessori Curriculum Implementation and Development**:
- Oversee the effective delivery and implementation of the Montessori curriculum in line with school goals and educational standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to create and refine lesson plans that incorporate Montessori principles and hands-on learning experiences.
- Ensure that the Montessori learning environment is well-organized, inviting, and conducive to exploration and creativity.
- **Teacher Support and Mentorship**:
- Provide leadership and guidance to Montessori teachers, fostering their professional growth.
- Conduct regular training, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to support teachers in the implementation of Montessori methods.
- Observe classrooms regularly to provide feedback and ensure teaching methods align with Montessori philosophy.
- **Student Development and Monitoring**:
- Monitor the academic and developmental progress of students enrolled in the Montessori program.
- Maintain individual records for each child, tracking progress, milestones, and areas for development.
- Provide personalized support and interventions for students who may require additional assistance.
- **Parental Communication and Involvement**:
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and school events.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events that promote parent involvement in the Montessori learning process.
- Provide guidance to parents on how to support their child's learning at home in alignment with Montessori principles.
- **Administrative and Operational Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the school administration to ensure smooth daily operations of the Montessori program.
- Assist with scheduling, classroom management, and resource allocation.
- Participate in school-wide planning meetings to ensure that Montessori objectives align with the school’s vision and goals.
- **Continuous Improvement of the Montessori Program**:
- Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in Montessori education.
- Evaluate the Montessori program regularly and recommend improvements to maintain high-quality standards.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment where Montessori principles are consistently upheld.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Montessori certification from a recognized institution preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in teaching within a Montessori environment, with 1-2 years in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Strong knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and methodology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school administration.
- Passionate about child development and the Montessori approach to education.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Patience, creativity, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
