Caretaker

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the villa including all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas
- Making and preparing beds for guest stays
- Cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool and outdoor villa premises
- Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and professionally
- Assisting guests with any requests or needs during their stay
- Setting up the villa properly before each guest’s arrival to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Performing minor cooking tasks or assisting in the kitchen when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies as needed
- Communicating effectively with guests and villa management

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking and kitchen maintenance
- Good communication skills in Hindi, or Marathi
- Friendly, polite, and customer-service oriented
- Should be proactive, trustworthy, and well-organized
