**Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for chemistry, aligned with the syllabus of JEE and NEET exams.
- Design lesson plans, lectures, and study materials that effectively cover key topics and concepts in chemistry.
- Integrate problem-solving techniques and strategies into the curriculum to enhance students' analytical skills and exam preparation.
- **Instruction and Delivery**:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and discussions to students in both classroom and online settings.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, multimedia resources, and technology tools to facilitate learning and comprehension.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students, addressing their questions, concerns, and misconceptions.
- **Practice and Assessment**:
- Assign homework, practice problems, and quizzes to reinforce learning and assess student understanding.
- Review and evaluate student performance on assignments and assessments, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Administer regular mock tests and practice exams to simulate exam conditions and help students build confidence and test-taking skills.
- **Mentorship and Support**:
- Serve as a mentor and academic advisor to students, offering guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Provide counseling and support to students facing academic challenges, stress, or other personal issues.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment that promotes student success and well-being.
- **Professional Development**:
- Stay abreast of developments in the field of chemistry education, pedagogy, and exam preparation strategies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay informed about curriculum updates and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, exchange ideas, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the chemistry program.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Previous experience teaching chemistry to students preparing for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, foster critical thinking, and promote academic excellence.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and educational platforms for teaching and learning.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sangli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
