**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including social media, websites, print materials, and more.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished final products for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Add music, graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content that meets the company’s needs and objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets and libraries.

**General**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
- Ensure all graphics and videos adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 2 Years+ as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of 3D design software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
