**Job Title: STEM Trainer**

We are looking for fresh graduates or postgraduates who not only have a passion for science but also have a strong desire to empower teachers and schools to implement our hands-on, experiential learning programs.

As a **STEM Trainer**, your role will be to master our unique science activities and ensure their successful implementation across schools in India. You will be responsible for training teachers, supporting program implementation, and fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders involved.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Teacher Training**: Conduct impactful training sessions for teachers of partner schools, enabling them to effectively implement hands-on STEM activities in the classroom.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of STEM activities across partner schools.
- **Program Implementation**: Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to ensure smooth, error-free execution of the STEM program in schools.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders at partner schools to ensure long-term success and collaboration.
- **Support Visits**: Travel to partner schools periodically to provide on-site support, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure smooth program execution.
- **Parent Orientation**: Conduct informative parent orientations to introduce and explain the STEM program and its benefits.
- **Mapping & Coordination**: Assist the sales team in identifying suitable activities that align with the client's curriculum requirements, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
- **Product Demo**: Conduct engaging product demos (online or offline) to support sales opportunities generated by the team.
- **Miscellaneous Support**: Address specific needs of partner schools, as agreed upon in the service-level agreement (SLA) or as approved by the Chief Learning Officer (CLO).

**Important Information**
- **Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel 20 days per month (mainly by bus or train) during peak seasons.**

- **Preferred Experience**: Prior experience as a teacher, facilitator, or project coordinator is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, without supervision or support staff.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

**Application Process**:

- First Round Interview (~30 minutes).
- Assignment (~4 to 6 hours).
- Technical Interview (Video Call) (~1 hour).
- HR Discussion (~15 minutes).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
