**About Us**

Lantern Grove is a premium fine-dining restaurant in Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, known for its exceptional culinary experience and top-notch service. We are looking for a passionate and hardworking **Barista Helper** to join our team and assist in delivering high-quality coffee and beverages to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Barista in preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Support in grinding coffee beans, frothing milk, and maintaining beverage consistency.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling food and drinks.
- Assist in serving customers and handling basic customer queries.
- Help with equipment cleaning and minor maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a café or barista role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of coffee-making techniques is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.
