Business Development Manager (BDM) (FEMALE) mandatory in Pest Control Services, indore
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor pest control solutions to client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize incentives.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Familiarity with the pest control or service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
