**Role Description**

We are looking for a passionate **Graphic Designer (Photo & Video Editor)** to join our team in Mumbai. This is a **full-time, on-site** role where you will be responsible for **editing and enhancing high-quality visuals** while ensuring they align with ION’s luxury brand identity.

**Experience**
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in **photo and video editing**, **graphic design,** for **product-oriented brands**, especially in **beauty, skincare, or fragrances**.
- **Prior experience in editing Instagram Reels, designing ad creatives, and making high-quality social media posts is essential.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**A. Content Creation & Editing**
- **Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, ads, and website content** with smooth transitions, effects, and color grading.
- **Create banners, ad creatives, and promotional graphics** for social media, website, and digital marketing.
- Retouch and enhance **product images** to maintain a premium aesthetic.
- **Design visually appealing social media posts** that align with ION’s brand identity.
- Occasionally shoot **high-quality product and lifestyle photos/videos** for digital campaigns.

**B. Social Media & Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with the social media **marketing team** to create visually compelling content for campaigns.
- Optimize content for engagement across various platforms.
- Stay updated on **social media trends, video editing techniques, and ad creative strategies**.

**C. Qualifications**
- **Photo Editing**: Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva.
- **Video Editing**: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and VN App.
- Strong skills in **photo retouching, color correction, background removal, ad creative design, and maintaining a premium aesthetic**.
- Expertise in **creating engaging Instagram Reels, ad videos, smooth transitions, motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and video effects**.
- Ability to **shoot high-quality product and lifestyle content**.
- Knowledge of **social media trends, best practices for ad creatives, and content performance strategies**.
- A **creative mindset** with attention to detail and storytelling.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Mass Communication, Design, or a related field** is a plus.
