**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Social Media Platforms**:
Oversee daily operations of our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Ensure consistent posting, engagement, and branding across platforms.
- **Content Creation**:
Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging posts, stories, and reels that resonate with our target audience. Stay updated with the latest trends in visual content, captions, and hashtags.
- **Influencer Marketing**:
Identify and build relationships with influencers relevant to our brand. Negotiate and execute influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with our brand message and goals.
- **Social Media Strategy**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive traffic, increase engagement, and grow our followers. Monitor and report on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Campaign Management**:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and brand partnerships to boost audience engagement and brand visibility.
- **Audience Engagement**:
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Engage with our audience and build a strong community around the brand.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Analytics. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Pay: ₹19,688.72 - ₹29,530.14 per month
