Job Title - PL/SQL Trainer

JobDescription:
Job Location: Remote / On-Premise in Bangalore.

**Job Type**: Full time / Part Time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop curriculum and training materials for PL/SQL courses, workshops, bootcamps including advanced topics like performance tuning/ optimization etc.based on our pedagogy.
- Conduct workshops, courses, Bootcamps to Teach PL/SQL concepts along with fundamentals of Database in person or online.
- Deliver Customised training to fit different skill levels like new to PL/SQL or working professional.
- Generate and develop data sets and hands-on exercises based on them as part of the curriculum.
- Teach in a hands-on manner, using exercises and projects. Give feedback and support to learners while learning and doing projects/ exercises.
- Stay updated on PL/SQL as a technology.
- Upload and create a learning environment in our in-house LMS based on curriculum for self-paced courses.
- Assist in promoting PL/SQL training programs. Occasionally write blogs. Develop content for Webinars, workshops etc.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in PL/SQL programming and SQL optimization.
- Deep understanding of Oracle databases and performance tuning.
- Experience with SQL execution plans, parallel query processing, and advanced SQL optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely and logically.
- Break down complex topics into simpler easy to understand concepts and logically weave them together.
- Experience in creating training materials and delivering technical training sessions. Prior experience in a teaching or mentoring role is preferred.
