**Educational Qualification**:
B.Com or B.A. or B.Sc. or Diploma

**Experience**:
2 - 4 years of Experience in all these fileds, Ideally in a MNC

**Experience Required**:

- 2 - 4 years of experience System administrator.
- Knowledge about the ADDS, Terminal Services, File Server.
- Hand on Experience on Primary and Backup Domain controller and DFRS.
- Functional knowledge about the ERP System and process and MS SQL Server database Backup & restore
- Ability to handle the multiple office (Sales Offices)
- Knowledge about the MS Dynamics CRM server.
- Knowledge about the Audio and video conferencing tool and devices.
- Knowledge about the Cisco Firewall.
- Experience about the LAN, WLAN and WAN.

**Targets and Tasks**:

- Managing server - Windows/Domain, Remote administration / Networking.
- Configure the client machine and create a user account & manage a profile in Domain controller.
- Configuration & Managing of Routers and Wi-Fi Devices and Installing Cisco router
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of the server, desktop, internet, networking, printers and various software’s.
- Maintenance of UPS & Battery backup system., hardwares.
- Troubleshooting with OS and software, Managing Antivirus with schedule scanning.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on all hardware and scheduled basis.
- Documentation as per ISO standard.
- ERP support.
- MS SQL Server database administration, configure Scheduled Tasks for regular Database Backup & restore and Maintenance Activities.
- Creating & Scheduling a Data Backup (Users and Server data Backup), Configuring NAS Drive.
- Maintaining computer & Software Inventory, Patch updation.
- Monthly Software assessment for stop pirated software.
- Configure & Manage port forwarding & port triggering.
- Manage & configure the windows firewall & Netgear, Cyberoam Firewall
- Implementing and management of user security & rights on client machine through group policy.
- Monitoring & manage the network activities, user activities & log files.
- Update security patches in windows server and client computes.
- Install & configure IIS & FTP server.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Managing of Active Directory Services in windows server 2003, 2008 and 2012 and Configure the client machine in domain & managing the domain user profile and File permission and Windows O/S (Win7, Win8 and Win10 )
- ERP support / implementation
- WEB site support
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Indesign

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for security.
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
- Purchase Order of IT software and Hardware peripherals, negotiations with vendors.
- Planning for new requirements.
- Support to development team and coordinate.
- Co-ordination between various Service providers and vendors.
- Managing the CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Avaya EPABX, APC UPS and Bio Metric
- Configure & manage Web Application server & Database management which is based on MS SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2012 & 2014.
- Implementing and management of user security & rights on client machine through group policy.
- Configure and managing the Kaspersky Business security center 10 for data and virus protection.
- Configure & managing Remote Desktop connection & cisco VPN client.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
