We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **Marketing & Sales Intern** to join our team and support lead management and sales operations. This is a full-time role designed to give real-world experience in B2B lead handling, qualifying potential clients, and assisting in driving sales meetings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize all inbound leads from various platforms
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with potential leads to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the Zoho CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales workflows
- Report daily activity and progress to the sales manager

**Requirements**:

- **Location**: Must be based in Pune (this is not a remote position)
- **Languages**: Fluent in **Marathi, Hindi, and English**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operational work
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
