We are looking for passionate and skilled video editors to join our creative team. This is ahybrid role, currently requiring in-office presence, where you will collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content forYouTube, ads, and short-form videos. We welcome both fresh talent with strong technicalskills and experienced professionals eager to grow.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Video Editing

○ Edit engaging YouTube videos, ads, and short-form content independently orcollaboratively.

○ Implement sound design, basic color correction, and motion graphics toenhance videos.

2. Creative Execution

○ Develop innovative visual styles aligned with the brand’s vision and audiencepreferences.

○ Ensure high-quality editing and timely delivery of projects.

3. Collaboration

○ Work with scriptwriters, designers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.

○ Handle independent editing tasks with mínimal guidance when required.

4. Technical Optimization

○ Use tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and Photoshopeffectively.

○ Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.

○ Share regular updates on project progress and collaborate proactively.

**Qualifications**:
1. For Interns:
○ Basic proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, andPhotoshop.

○ Hunger to grow and learn rapidly.

2. For Experienced Editors:
○ 1-2 years of proven experience in video editing and related tools.

○ Demonstrated expertise in timely delivery, creativity, and technical skills.

3. Skills & Competencies:
○ Strong attention to detail and creativity.

○ Ability to handle sound design, basic color correction, and motion graphics.

○ Excellent time management and communication skills.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
