We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and manage the Instagram page of our prestigious jewellery showroom. As the Instagram Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive sales through the Instagram platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop compelling visual and written content for Instagram posts, stories, and reels that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. This includes product showcases, lifestyle imagery, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional material.
- Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our Instagram followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Cultivate a sense of community by actively engaging with user-generated content and relevant accounts.
- Growth Strategies: Implement strategies to increase our Instagram following, reach, and engagement metrics. Utilize analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and posting schedules accordingly.
- Influencer Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and promote our products to their respective audiences. Negotiate partnerships, manage relationships, and track the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute Instagram marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and sponsored posts. Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics as needed, and provide regular reports to management.
- Visual Branding: Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across all Instagram content to reinforce our brand identity and enhance brand recognition. Ensure that all imagery adheres to high-quality standards and reflects the luxury and elegance of our jewellery collections.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and customer service, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Provide support for initiatives that require integration with Instagram, such as online promotions and events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Recommended).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Instagram management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and photo editing software is a plus.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for jewellery and luxury fashion is preferred.
