Buffing Technician

We are looking for a **Buffing Technician** to handle final-stage **polishing and buffing.**The technician should ensure a **smooth, glossy finish** on vehicles by removing paint imperfections, swirl marks, and dust particles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **buffing and polishing** on freshly painted vehicle body parts
- Use **buffing machines**, pads, and compounds for paint correction
- Ensure clean, smooth, and scratch-free surfaces after buffing
- Maintain tools and keep the work area clean
- Work closely with painters and denters for seamless paint finishing

**Eligibility**:

- Freshers with interest in auto paint finishing can also apply
- Basic knowledge of buffing tools and materials
- Attention to detail and focus on quality finish
- Physically fit and willing to work in workshop conditions

**Salary & Benefits**:
