**Job Summary**: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to
ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform quality tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
- Identify defects and non-conformance issues, and report findings to the production team.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and
improve processes.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits as required.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is
preferred.
- years of experience in quality control or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO
standards).
- Familiarity with inspection and testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Inspector, Six Sigma Green Belt).
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing,
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
