**Job Description: Medical Coding Trainer (Remote)**

At **Judah Code Technologies**, we are looking for an experienced **Medical Coding Trainer** to train students and professionals in **ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and other coding standards**. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, providing hands-on guidance, and ensuring learners gain practical knowledge to excel in the medical coding field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **live online training sessions** on medical coding concepts, guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver **structured course content**, including presentations, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Train learners in **ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, and compliance guidelines**.
- Provide hands-on **coding exercises, mock assessments, and real-time case studies**.
- Guide students on **claim submission, reimbursement processes, and compliance with healthcare regulations**.
- Track **learner progress**, conduct assessments, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with **medical coding guidelines and industry changes** to enhance course content.
- Assist in developing **study materials**, including quizzes, assignments, and certification practice tests.

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor’s degree or certification in Medical Coding & Billing** (CPC, CCS, CCA, or equivalent preferred).
Strong knowledge of **ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare compliance**.
Prior experience in **medical coding, auditing, revenue cycle management, or training** is preferred.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a **simple, engaging, and structured manner**.
Excellent **communication, presentation, and mentoring skills**.
Self-motivated and passionate about **teaching and upskilling learners**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
⭐ Industry experience in **medical billing, insurance claim processing, or healthcare compliance**.
⭐ Hands-on experience with **EHR/EMR software and medical coding audits**.
⭐ Knowledge of **HIPAA regulations, payer policies, and revenue cycle management**.
