RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in

**2016** that was led by Kalaari Capital. The
**Series B** funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of

Job Title: Investment Education Tutor

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive investment curriculum covering topics such as fundamental analysis, investment portfolio management, mutual funds, and technical analysis.

Set up processes to develop learning content and to deliver it via webinars/seminars

Conduct webinars and seminars to educate and train individuals on investment strategies and techniques.

Identify other formats/ media to deliver learning content

Identify platforms/ companies for potential tie-up to broadbase delivery

Provide coaching and support to students to help them achieve their investment goals

Continuously update and improve course materials to ensure they are current and relevant.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed.

Set up processes to monitor key success metrics for the courses and deliver on targets for the same

Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in the investment industry.

Strong understanding of fundamental analysis, investment portfolio management, mutual funds, and technical analysis.

Experience in building robust course structures and delivering training sessions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.

Comfortable with conducting webinars and seminars.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.

Professional qualification like CA/CFA/CFP/CMT is required

Registration with SEBI (as an investment advisor) is a plus
