Name Of the Profile: QA Supervisor - Overall - Males only

Educational Qualification: BTech or MTech in Food Technology

Experience Required: 3-8 Years of proven experience in a food processing/manufacturing unit

**Job Type**: Full time - Tuesday to Sunday - Rotational Shift (Day/Night) - 12 hours

**Salary**: ₹192,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
Salary shall be negotiable as per experience, interview and documents

Job Location: Plot 135, New GIDC, 52 Hector, Umbergaon, Gujarat - 396171
Must be willing to relocate

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in production, packaging products and materials for storage or shipment
- Study production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements
- Inspect products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments
- Observe packaging operations and inspect containers to verify conformance to specifications
- Start, adjust, and repair packaging machinery, or notify maintenance department
- Train workers in operation of equipment
- Requisition containers and other supplies for delivery to workstations
- Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
- Monitor and recommend improvements to process and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
- Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing
- Supervising work at factory, taking care of labour requirements if any
- Perform other duties as given by management
- Train production staff on quality control procedures, guidelines, and standards to ensure a thorough understanding of quality expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure compliance.
- Identify areas for improvement in the quality control process and recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Create and enhance products as per company's requirements, determine product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses, prepare reports to submit to management, support manufacturing and design activities by developing samples for products in development.
