Maintenance Incharge

**Maintenance Strategy Development**:Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize lifespan.
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- **Breakdown Response**:Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, coordinating necessary repairs to minimize production disruptions.
- **Repair Management**:Oversee all repair activities, including scheduling, assigning work orders, and managing outside contractors when needed.
- **Inventory Control**:Maintain proper inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring timely availability for repairs.
- **Safety Compliance**:Enforce all safety regulations within the maintenance department, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain detailed maintenance records, generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Cost Management**:Monitor maintenance costs, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and manage budgets effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Technical Expertise**:Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- **Leadership Abilities**:Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to diagnose equipment issues and implement solutions effectively.
- **Maintenance Management Software Proficiency**:Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and parts inventory.
- **Safety Knowledge**:Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations related to industrial maintenance.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Several years of experience in a plant maintenance role, with demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
