Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

**Language & Communication Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi for effective patient communication
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, explaining procedures and treatment options clearly
- Maintain professional demeanor and attire at all times

**Clinical Duties**:

- Conduct thorough examination of outpatient cases
- Perform accurate diagnosis of oral findings and document comprehensive treatment plans
- Execute various dental treatments including:

- Oral prophylaxis and preventive care
- Composite fillings and restorative procedures
- Root canal access openings
- Crown preparations and cuttings

**Specialized Knowledge Areas**:

- Utilize knowledge in Implantology for implant-related treatments
- Perform Endodontic procedures with precision
- Understand Orthodontic principles for comprehensive care planning

**Patient Care Management**:

- Develop and fabricate customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Actively acquire and analyze patient feedback to improve service quality
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout treatment procedures

Required Qualifications
- BDS/MDS degree preferred
- Valid dental license to practice in Telangana
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in dentistry
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi languages
- Strong knowledge across multiple dental specialties
- Experience with modern dental equipment and digital technologies
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
- Professional appearance and ethical practice standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in specialized dental procedures
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Continuing education in latest dental techniques
- Research publications or presentations in dental field
