Product ownership of existing sales tools in our sales stack. You will spend your 80% time responsible to
- Understands the end-2-end functionality of the tools, configurations involved & how tools are used in QTC sales processes as a part of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Engage with Ad Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations leadership to evaluate and identify new tools that would enable their teams to increase Ad Sales revenue as well as operational efficiencies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and practices, and new tools used in Ad Sales processes. Learn the functionality of new tools after onboarding
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, functional design documents, data flows and architecture diagrams, test plans, and process documents.
- Perform Configuration during Application onboarding or as an ongoing improvement
- Manage new enhancements or features rollout available through regular upgrades for Sales Tools
- ** Knowledge of sales tool (Zoominfo, Ringlead, DRIFT, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MediaRadar, ConnectLeader**, etc**.) will be added advantage
