**DESCRIPTION**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)**:

- Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.
- Report any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

- **Quality**:

- Support equipment uptime and downtime failure analysis.
- Perform work in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring, and testing instruments.
- Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.
- Follow all process documentation and quality procedures.
- Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
- Perform quality inspections.

- Perform the skilled activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in core work skills.
- Repair and maintain equipment.
- Perform and document preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet business goals.
- Work with peers and support staff to identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Skill and Experience**:

- Hands-on experience in SIEMENS TIA portal, Servo drive handling, and troubleshooting.
- Good at basic logic building/thinking ability.
- Must know the basics of LOTO, HIRA, and other safety practices.
- Added advantage on machine safety.
- Perform Why-why analysis and use problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
- Team player.
- Hands-on experience in ABB Robots and Robot Studio.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ABB/Yasakawa Robots.
- Knowledge about robot teaching, troubleshooting, and maintenance of daily breakdown activities.
- Understanding safety standards and regulations specific to robotics and automation, including those set forth by organizations such as ISO and ANSI/RIA.
- Proficiency in integrating ABB robotic systems with other automation equipment, such as conveyor systems, vision systems, and PLCs.
