**Job Type**: Full-Time (6 Days a Week)
**Work Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Mode**: Fully Work From Office (No Remote/Freelance Options)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **Research Associate (Current Affairs)** to join our academic and content development team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in **Delhi**, ideal for individuals who have hands-on experience with the UPSC Civil Services Examination.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Mandatory**: Must have appeared in at least **two UPSC CSE Mains** or **one UPSC CSE Interview**.
- Demonstrated understanding of the UPSC exam pattern and content requirements.
- Active engagement in UPSC preparation in recent years.
- Strong interest in national and international current affairs, public policy, and governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of daily current affairs from credible sources such as The Hindu, Indian Express, PIB, government reports, and journals.
- Create well-structured, UPSC-relevant study material that summarizes significant events, developments, and policy decisions.
- Regularly update internal knowledge databases with new insights and developments.
- Identify and track emerging trends in public discourse to ensure holistic content development.
- Collaborate with fellow researchers and content creators to produce high-quality learning resources.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong research and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise notes.
- A team player with a willingness to accept and incorporate feedback.
