An HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. The technician ensures that these systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation**:

- Install HVAC systems, including heating units, cooling units, air ducts, thermostats, and refrigeration systems.
- Set up systems for optimal performance, ensuring all components are correctly aligned, secured, and connected.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning filters, replacing components, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting wiring and connections.
- Maintain logs and perform preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment.
- **Repair and Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including electrical components, refrigeration cycles, motors, compressors, and ducts.
- Respond to emergency repair requests for malfunctioning systems or equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- **System Testing**:

- Conduct system checks and tests to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
- Ensure systems comply with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
- Calibrate and adjust controls to ensure maximum system efficiency.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with clients, explaining system functions, repair needs, and system operation.
- Provide clear explanations of work performed, estimated costs, and timelines for project completion.
- Educate clients on best practices for maintaining their HVAC systems.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to safety standards and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing installations, maintenance, or repairs.
- Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies regarding refrigerant handling and disposal.
- Stay updated on changes in codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work, parts used, and labor hours.
- Complete work orders, invoices, and report job status to management.
- **Inventory and Equipment Management**:

- Keep track of parts and materials used in daily tasks.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Order and manage inventory of replacement parts and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
