**Job Title: SEO Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords.
- Analyze and implement keywords for on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, to improve search engine rankings.
- Ensure website content is user-friendly, relevant, and aligns with SEO best practices.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.
- **Off-Page SEO**:

- Develop and implement effective link-building strategies.
- Manage and execute outreach campaigns to build relationships with industry influencers and secure backlinks.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure a healthy link-building strategy.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
- Provide SEO guidelines for content creation, ensuring content is optimized for search engines.
- Update and optimize existing content to improve search rankings and user engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
- Implement new and innovative SEO techniques to stay ahead of competitors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Note**:

- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Available for full-time in-office.
- 5 days working (Mon-Fri), 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
