**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented **Sketch Artist & Artwork Developer** to join our design team. This individual will be responsible for creating original fashion sketches, developing khakhas, assisting in concept ideation, and generating artwork that can be translated into embroidery, print, or surface ornamentation for our garments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create **detailed hand-drawn and digital sketches** based on design briefs
- Develop **khakhas** and technical drawings for embroidery and embellishments
- Conceptualize and illustrate **original motifs, patterns, and surface artwork**:

- Collaborate with designers for **moodboards, theme development, and storyboards**:

- Translate fashion ideas into **visual art**, ready for development and execution
- Maintain a **library of artworks**, motifs, and surface development references
- Coordinate with embroidery and printing units for artwork clarity and feasibility
- Provide support during **design presentations, client customizations**, and sample development
- Ensure all designs are in line with brand aesthetics, current trends, and production capabilities

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
- Strong sketching ability (hand and digital) using tools like Procreate, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques, khakha making, fabric behavior, and color combinations
- Ability to convert abstract ideas into visual representations
- A keen eye for aesthetics, detailing, and composition
- Understanding of traditional Indian design elements and motifs
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Bonus Skills (preferred)**
- Experience working with luxury or occasionwear brands
- Understanding of menswear and womenswear silhouettes and styling
- Knowledge of surface development techniques (hand embroidery, digital print, etc.)
