**Qualification - **Minimum Graduate/ 3 Years Diploma in Interiors or Civil are preferred.

Must worked on Sketchup, 2D AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit.

**Job Description:

- An individual with a zeal to be a trend-setter in design is a must.
- Leadership quality to head a team and manage multiple projects.
- Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Negotiate and set schedules for the project
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Work closely with Jr. designers, supervisor, vendors and contractors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

**Key Skills**
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces.
Expertise in layout of Residential interiors, modular kitchen, color, lighting, materials selection, all electrical & plumbing drawings.
Hands on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works and Attention to detail.
Artistic ability, vision and creativity.
Communication and presentation skills.
Project and time management skills.
