- Strong experience in troubleshooting AEM administration related issues.
- Experience in upgrading AEM.
- Knowledge of database.
- Knowledge of networking TCP/UDP, ICMP, DNS, etc., OSI Layers, infrastructure services and security.
- Knowledge in Source code management tools like Git Hub, Git Lab.
- Knowledge in Akamai/CDN services.
- Experience in various types of SSL certificates.
- Experience with Load Balancers
- Work with developers identifying issues and solving problems.
- Take ownership of problems and driving themselves and others to define and implement solutions.
