**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with global business leaders and HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs across multiple regions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Stay updated on international hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and local labor market conditions.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent platforms across geographies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives globally to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with international and local employment laws and data privacy regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
