**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Greater Ahmedabad as a Quality Assurance Associate. Quality Assurance Associates are responsible for ensuring that a company's services meet global regulatory standards like USFDA, EMA, WHO, ISO and ICH. The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for conducting quality control checks, analyzing data, proposing and implementing quality improvements, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles and processes, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy etc.)
