We cater to industries such as banking/finance, lending, insurance, stock/crypto trading, and ride hailing, and offer real-time verification for Aadhaar, PAN, passport, voter ID, DL, Udyog Aadhaar, Udyam Aadhaar, CIN, GST, and DIN, as well as OCR for various documents.

We are seeking a curious, analytical, and driven **Product Intern** to join our Product team. As a Product Intern, you will get hands-on experience working on real-world product challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.

This role is ideal for someone from a **Computer Science background** who is passionate about building user-focused products and has **basic research** skills to support product decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in defining product requirements based on user needs and business goals
- Conduct **basic research** (market trends, competitor analysis, user behavior) to support product strategy
- Collaborate with developers and designers to brainstorm and shape product features
- Support in managing product backlogs, user stories, and feature documentation
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement
- Participate in product meetings, sprint planning, and reviews
- Help with QA/testing and ensuring smooth product rollouts

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed a degree in **Computer Science**, IT, or related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to conduct structured **secondary research** and synthesize insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, or any wireframing/productivity tools
- Passion for technology, product thinking, and user experience

**Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Prior internship or project experience in product or tech roles
- Knowledge of **Python** or **database systems**:

- Understanding of APIs or backend/frontend basics
- Basic UX/UI principles or experience with prototyping tools
