**Roles & Responsivity**
- Setting monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

**Position**: Production Supervisor

**Experience**: 4-5 years

**Location**: Khopoli, Maharashtra.

**Salary**: Rs 15000 to 18000 (month)
- Prior experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent computer skills,
- Required B.E /Diploma in any discipline.
- Organizational and Leadership abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Khalapur, Raigad - 410203, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
