Ensuring compliance of all terms of Cash Credit as per Sanction Letter.
- Ensuring compliance of all statutory requirements (Income Tax / VAT/GST / Service Tax/ Excise)
- Interaction with Accounts Manager for regular updating of Accounts
- Monthly cash flows, including debtor and creditor positions
- Monthly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet.
- Ensure paperwork is entered in a timely manner - including purchase orders / vouchers / bank / cash / sale
- Ensure major creditor accounts are reconciled and that payment is made according to these reconciliations.
- Ensure payments are allocated in a timely manner to facilitate bank reconciliation
- Ensure paperwork and timesheets are entered in a timely manner.
- Ensure wages, salaries are all paid on time.
- Ensure taxes paid on time.
- Ensure income tax is paid on time.
- Maintain a collection process to continually improve aged debtors.
- Maintain finance process to facilitate timely payment.
- Maintain an ongoing review of customer credit limits
- Handle banking related issues
- Payment Flow up with the buyers
- LC Draft approve after verify from concern department heads
- LC open & receive follow up
- LC document verification
- LC document Submission at bank on time
- LC negotiation at Bank within time limit
- LC payment follow up
- Checking E-mails and tracking the reply accordingly.
- Updating all other Statutory Compliance Report related to finance
- Visit & F/up to collect the outstanding payment & recovery process
- Maintain Liasioning with the staff of the Bank
- ALL **REPORTS / FORMATS** are to be mailed WITHOUT FAIL to the concerned authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
