
Health Insurance Sales Executive

**Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Health Insurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls (cold calling) to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- **Sales & Account Management**:
- Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of health insurance products to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1.5 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- **Education**: 12th pass or equivalent.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation experience is a MUST.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
