**Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Air Compressors**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of air compressors at customer sites.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with air compressors and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service visits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of air compressor systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic components, including valves, cylinders, and piping systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and analyze compressor performance metrics, such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to address customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
- Document service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and parts usage, in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to air compressor systems.
- Travel to customer sites, as required, to perform service visits and support installation and commissioning projects.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a forklift technician or similar role, with expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Strong understanding of forklift systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering mechanisms.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, such as multimeters, pressure gauges, and laptop-based software, to troubleshoot and repair forklifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to accurately document service activities and maintain service records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; forklift operator certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel to customer sites as needed.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time and work occasional weekends or evenings, as required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
