Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, Patterns, Quality, pricing, etc)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Hardcore Sales Role - Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise - Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Skill Set Required
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Executive
- Saree/Bridal-Lehenga or Suit Sales Experience Mandatory
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Inventory Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
