Centre Head cum Consultant (BAMS/BHMS) for Gurugram, Sector 26

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Center Head cum Consultant** at Dr. Bharti's Holistic Wellness in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the center, consulting with patients on their holistic corrective programs, and overseeing the implementation of treatment plans. The Consultant cum Centre In-charge will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience and maintaining the high-quality standards of care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Look into day to day functioning of the Centre as a whole.
- Managing the staff as per the work and discipline protocols of the company.
- Promote assures services & treatments to our patients.
- Consult the Assure patients
- Plan and strategies to achieve the targets as per predefined standards.
- If your set targets are not being met, formulate strategies for achieving the set targets in co-ordination with your superiors.
- Working in accordance with the policies and protocol of the company.

**Skills and Experience**
- Expertise in holistic healthcare, patient consultation, and program management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of arthritis and spine conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of delivering holistic healthcare solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in healthcare administration is a plus
- English proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and cognitive skills.
- Experience in business development will be preferred.
- Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's or Master degree in a related field, such as **BAMS/BHMS & MD**

**Timings**
- 10 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

**Salary**
- ₹35,000-50,000 per month
